At Vin Frames, each print and frame is produced with care and precision. Due to the customised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the product, along with clear photographs showing the issue.
Once the issue is reviewed and verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
